Terms and Conditions
- You may only use the graphics and code ("Button") found on the Link to MADC pages. By using the MADC logo and link to madisc.org, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Your right to display the Button is limited to your Web site.
- 2. You may not remove, distort or alter any element of the Button (including the html code) or otherwise change the size or appearance of the Button in any way.
- 3. You may not display the Button in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by MADC, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of MADC or MADC personnel. The Button should not be the most prominent element on your web page.
- 4. The Button must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing of 25 pixels between each side of the Logo and other graphic or textual elements on your web page.
- 5. You may not display the Button in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable to MADC, or impairing of the rights of MADC in its trademarks or logos, in MADC's sole opinion. You may not use the Button on a site that violates any law or regulation.
- 6. You may not frame or mirror any MADC page (including the page that appears in response to a click on the Button) on your web page.
- 7. MADC reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Button at any time and to take action against any use that does not conform to these terms and conditions, infringes any MADC intellectual property or other right, or violates applicable law.
- 8. MADC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE BUTTON, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
